This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while also managing and supporting our Apple device ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and be proficient in managing macOS and iOS devices using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide third-level IT support, both remotely and on-site, ensuring prompt resolution of complex technical issues.Manage and optimize virtual infrastructures, including VMware vSphere and Citrix environments, to ensure high availability and performance.Design and implement critical IT solutions, overseeing bare-metal servers in data centers and managing backup systems such as BackupExec and Veeam.Administer and support Microsoft Entra/Azure environments and Active Directory structures, ensuring seamless integration and security.Administer macOS and iOS devices using Jamf Pro, including the development and deployment of automation scripts, and create/update software packages for automated deployment.Manage and configure devices across various platforms using Microsoft Intune, implementing compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access rules to protect organizational data.Drive client compliance and security management initiatives, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and provide support for macOS users, addressing OS and application-related issues.Document system configurations and standard operating procedures for both IT infrastructure and Apple device management, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records.Key RequirementsCompleted vocational training in computer science with a focus on IT infrastructure or a related field.Proven experience in managing IT infrastructures, including virtualization technologies and backup systems.Hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies, such as Active Directory and Entra-ID.Proficiency in administering macOS and iOS devices using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.Familiarity with Apple-specific security mechanisms, including FileVault and SecureTokens, and experience in hardening macOS operating systems to enhance security.Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including integration with other connected systems.Strong analytical and organizational skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and proficient in English, both written and spoken.Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.Structured Onboarding & Continuous Leadership Development: Clear career paths onboarding through Expert & Leadership Tracks, plus access to ATOSS Academy.Flexible Work Culture: Hybrid options (remote within the EU), 30 days of vacation, and a strong commitment to diversity & inclusion.Engaging Team Environment: Seasonal company events, team retreats, and an in-house barista.Health & Wellbeing: Including regular check-ups, corporate wellness programs, and Wellpass membership.At ATOSS, great talent knows no limits.
