As Manager Security Processes & Systems, you will be part of our global security team and support us in securing employees and company assets. In close coordination with your stakeholders from various areas, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of security-related processes, especially in the area of (physical) access control.
Your main responsibilities:
* Design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes, guidelines and standards for physical security, with a special focus on physical access management (administration of access rights, visitor management, key management, etc.).
* Identification of potential for digitalization and automation of physical security processes (e.g. access requests, authorization assignment, visitor management, reporting).
* Process design & optimization: Conception, modelling and implementation of digital workflows and processes compliant to regulatory and operational requirements.
* Data analysis & reporting: Use and analysis of system data to proactively identify security risks, optimize processes and create reports for management and audits.
* Compliance & data security: Ensuring that systems and processes within your scope comply with regulatory requirements (GxP, GDPR) as well as internal compliance guidelines.
* Leading, developing and motivating the Facility Access Management Office team in Mainz
* Management and analysis of global security KPIs and process data to identify risks, develop action plans and implement process improvements.
* Provide training programs/materials for new processes as required.
What you have to offer:
* Several years of professional experience in project and process management, ideally related to security
* Experience in the design and implementation of digitalization and automation projects, ideally in physical security or related areas
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly highly regulated environment and an understanding of GxP requirements as well as requirements for digital systems and data integrity are a great advantage
* Strong project and process thinking as well as good knowledge of relevant digital applications and standards (e.g. BPMN, PowerPlatform)
* Good stakeholder management skills as well as skills in dealing with people from different cultures and hierarchy levels
* Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel occasionally
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
