The Supervisor Manufacturing Quality (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes within the manufacturing facility in order to ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications before they are released to the market.
This position is part of the Quality Assurance department located in Munich, Baierbrunn and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead, develop and maximizeteam capabilities to support department and Business Unitmid and long term objectives.

* Establish and maintains local quality requirements (procedures and standards) for product manufacturing in alignment with global requirements and international standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Demonstrated history of effective team leadership.
* Proven professional experience in the field of quality control and quality assurance (preferred in medical technology, alternative automotive industry or mechanical engineering).
* Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills.
