About the department
Customer Project Execution is responsible to install, commission and finally handover wind farms to the client.
The Bid Management Team is bridging between Sales and Execution phase, closely collaborating with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive bids with a high-quality standard for complex projects.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
You are responsible for guiding complex, high-commercial-impact projects from early sales involvement to the point where they are ready to be executed. As an experienced partner to Sales and senior stakeholders, you advise on decisions and create measurable results as a trusted advisor.
You will:
6. Act as a senior sparring partner to Sales and Key Account Management, supporting negotiations, advising on frame agreement decisions, and ensuring commercially sound bid outcomes
7. Manage resource, milestone, and budget planning end to end, taking full responsibility for cost optimization during the sales phase and financial control until project handover
8. Continuously enhance execution concepts by identifying value drivers and areas for improvement alongside the Value Engineering team
9. Promote best practices and continuous improvement, sharing standards on cost, concepts, and contractual alignment while running initiatives across Bid Management and the Sales Value Chain
10. Contribute to global initiatives and ensure local implementation, acting as a key knowledge holder for complex Bid Management interfaces
Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role
11. You hold a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with several years of project management experience
12. You have at least one year of experience in Bid Management or a comparable role; background in consulting is a plus
13. You bring solid analytical thinking, attention to cost, and commercial judgment alongside a customer-centered approach and effective communication skills
14. You apply initiative, structure, and a focus on outcomes, allowing you to remain efficient and effective in evolving situations
15. You are adept with systems and digital solutions and have applied experience in Salesforce, AI-supported applications, Excel, and PowerPoint
16. You are willing to travel up to around %, depending on project requirements
17. You are fluent in German and have very good English skills (written and spoken), with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers and senior stakeholders
