Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
* Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering-Moduls im Bereich Front End of Line (Maskenfertigungsprozess Lithographie, Ätzen)
* Direkte Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilungsleiter sowie fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für ca. 20-30 Mitarbeiter*innen des Bereichs
* Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung von Projekten im Einklang mit der AMTC-Geschäftsstrategie sowie den Technologiestrategien der Muttergesellschaften
* Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Leistungskennzahlen, Prozessqualität sowie deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung
* Strategische Ausrichtung des Bereichs: Roadmap-Entwicklung, Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern, Kunden und internationalen Partnerstandorten
Das bringen Sie mit:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung im Ingenieurwesen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie
* Mehrjährige umfangreiche Management- und Führungserfahrung
* Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Fertigungsprozesse, Effizienzoptimierung, Kundeninteraktion sowie im Geschäftsprozess- und Technologiemanagement
* Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken, um Projekte effizient umzusetzen und strategisch auf Unternehmensziele auszurichten
* Starke Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Management and further development of the engineering module in the front end of line group (mask manufacturing process lithography, etching)
* Direct supervision and development of department managers as well as overall technical responsibility for approximately 20-30 employees

* Responsibility for achieving performance indicators, process quality and their continuous improvement
* Strategic orientation of the group: roadmap development, process and cost optimization

Your profile
* Degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a comparable field of engineering, as well as several years of experience in the semiconductor industry
* Several years of extensive management and leadership experience
* Profound knowledge and experience in the fields of manufacturing processes, efficiency optimization, customer interaction and business process as well as technology management
* Strong project management skills and entrepreneurial thinking to implement projects efficiently and align them strategically with corporate goals
* Strong communication and decision-making skills as well as distinct negotiating skills
* Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
* A solid understanding of modern data methods completes your profile
