Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy, focusing on digital innovation to maximize customer engagement and experience.
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver best-in-class, localized product materials tailored to customer needs.
* Utilize market research and customer insights to inform agile strategies and optimize product performance.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans and strategic alignment.
* Monitor and drive product performance, leveraging analytics and data-driven decision-making.
* Bachelor's degree in economics (marketing focus), health economics, life sciences, or related field; advanced degrees are beneficial.
* Proven product management experience in HIV-specific therapies, other Rx therapy areas, or OTC products.
* Advanced expertise in AI, digital tools, and technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience (CX) and omnichannel strategies.
* Strong collaboration skills, with a passion for driving alignment across teams.
* Highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and managing change effectively.
* Fluent in German (native level) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
