Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner Take guest orders & process payment Ensure guests receive quality, and beautifully crafted drinks Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas Assisting guests with club access Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Retail Responsibilities: Selling retail items from coffee bar POS Knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop Alerting the Hospitality Manager of inventory in need of restocking Hospitality Responsibilities: Pool Checks throughout the day Fulfill daily scheduled hospitality tasks to maintain club cleanliness and Courthouse standards Restock all paper products throughout the facility Launder, fold, and restock all club member towel services Ensure high-trafficked customer spaces are orderly and clean throughout the day Personal Profile: Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner Critically assess own performance Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others Personal Skills: Barista experience preferred Able and willing to talk to everyone with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism Outgoing and personable Independent problem solver Adaptable and a team player Ability to talk with a variety of members each day Information: Courthouse Club Hours - Monday - Friday: 5:00a - 11:00p Saturday - Sunday: 7:00a - 9:00p Department Shift Hours (may vary) - Monday - Friday: Opening - 4:30a to 12:00p Mid - usually 8:00a to 2:00p Pre Close - 2:00p to 9:00p Closing - 4:00p to 11:30p Saturday - Sunday: Opening - 6:30a to 2:30p Closing - 1:30p to 9:30p Powered by JazzHR
