Your Job
1. Law & Regulation: Monitor OECD Pillar 2 developments and national tax regulation changes. Establish Munich Re guidelines and standards for GloBE
2. Compliance: Advise our global subsidiaries on data reporting and technical matters for GloBE and CbCR
3. Tax Technology: Support the automation and implementation of innovative tax technology solutions to enhance tax-related business processes
4. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and evaluate tax data and prepare clear, insightful reports for Management and external stakeholders
Your Profile
5. University degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, tax law, or a related field
6. Professional experience in Tax or Accounting, gained in an audit or tax consulting firm, corporate tax/accounting department or tax authorities or related field
7. Good knowledge of OECD Pillar 2 Model Rules and German Minimum Tax Act
8. Excellent analytical skills with a fast grasp of complex issues
9. Keen interest in working with data, processes, and technology
10. Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
11. Strong team spirit and proactive communication skills
12. Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
13. Fluent in German and very good English skills
