Your responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate the entire tender process – from identification to submission and follow-up
2. Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop profitable and competitive proposals
3. Ensure compliance with national and international tender regulations and deadlines
4. Mitigate risks and avoid penalties through close control of delivery timelines, payment processes, and negotiations
5. Evaluate and prioritize tenders based on commercial potential and associated risks
6. Develop and utilize market intelligence processes to identify relevant tenders at an early stage
7. Maintain systematic documentation of all tender activities and prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards
8. Analyze KPIs to continuously optimize the tender strategy
9. Present decision-making materials and strategic recommendations to senior management
10. Coordinate across internal departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance)
Your profile
11. Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, finance, or a comparable field (Master’s degree preferred)
12. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international tender management, preferably in a regulated environment
13. Fluent in both written and spoken German and English; additional language skills – especially French – are a plus
14. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly, convincingly, and tailored to different audiences – both internally and externally
15. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment
16. Intercultural competence and a proven internationally oriented mindset
17. Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of numbers and strong analytical thinking
18. Structured and process-oriented working style with a keen eye for detail and quality
19. Team player with assertiveness and the ability to effectively manage various internal and external interfaces
