Working student - Medical Content Developer (AI & Simulation) Create the clinical knowledge base that powers our AI! We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Student to join our team in developing high-fidelity medical simulators. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the clinical knowledge base that powers our AI. You will translate complex medical procedures and textbook theory into structured, actionable guides that help our AI assist users in real-time simulation environments. Key Responsibilities Medical Content Authoring: Write comprehensive procedure and user guides based on medical literature and internal software capabilities. Validating with medical experts. Documentation: Create user-facing manuals that explain how to interact with the simulators effectively. AI Training Support: Structure medical data and documentation to be "AI-ready," ensuring the logic used by our simulators aligns with standard clinical protocols (procedure guides). Software & Scenario Testing: Perform hands-on testing of our simulation software to ensure medical accuracy, identifying "bugs" in clinical logic or user experience. Quality Assurance: Peer-review existing content to ensure it remains up-to-date with current medical guidelines. Requirement Education: Current enrollment in an MD or Computer Science with Medicine program. Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and standard procedural workflows. Technical Writing: Ability to explain medical concepts in a clear, step-by-step manner for non-experts. Tech Savvy: Comfortable exploring new software and performing methodical testing/troubleshooting.
