Csa construction manager

I am currently on the lookout for a CSA Construction Manager for a role in Munich, Germany. I am acting on behalf of a well-established and respected business based out of Ireland who are operating heavily in Data Centre Industry.

This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their Data Centre Division.

Key Responsibilities of this CSA Construction Manager Role :

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Operations Manager & EHS Lead. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package Manager including set up, management and close out of file.
• Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
• Management of all day to day on site operations for the CSA Fit Out packages.
• Attendance & active participation in the daily whiteboard & DABS meetings ensuring supply chain partners under your control are accurately reporting their activities.
• Attendance & active participation at the interactive QAQC TV reviews of the packages under your control ensuring the supply chain partners under your control are following the process.
• Maintain awareness of the EHS, QAQC & Schedule reporting KPIs required to achieve project compliance.
• Promote uploading of SOR’s with the site team to ensure site issues & achievements are recorded.
• Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:
  
  
  - CSA Team
  - Sub-contractors
  - Material deliveries and goods receipting.
  - Plant and Equipment
  - Variations

• Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure Attend and contribute to a weekly minute’s meeting with sub-contractor.
• Management of the snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable.
• Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
• Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package manager
• Implement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades.
• Issue internal weekly progress report, Supervisors report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of Company or Sub-contractors, e.g.: late deliveries.
• Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule. Track deliveries.
• Maintain a weekly project photographic diary.
• Any other duties associated with the role.

Essential Criteria for this CSA Construction Manager Role:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6- 8 years’ experience in Site management and installation.
• Previous experience in supervising and installation.
• Professional qualification in construction management.
• Professional certification
• Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.
• Travel will be required for this position.
