CPX (Customer Project Execution) is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and final handover of wind farms to our customers. Close collaboration with customers and all stakeholders is essential to ensure safe, cost effective, and high quality project delivery. Within the CPX organization, the EPC & Balance of Plant (BoP) department manages the full infrastructure scope during the bid phase up to firm order intake and initiates the structured handover to the project team for seamless execution. The BoP team leads the bidding process and remains engaged until contract signature, working closely with Procurement to define budgets and schedules while ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards. The EPC Civil Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for managing the full bidding process for civil infrastructure for wind farm projects with the main focus on technical topics. The scope includes front-end engineering, tender preparation, subcontractor coordination, proposal development, and technical support during negotiations.
Support Construction during procurement and execution
Support continuous improvement of costing tools and processes
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
At least 3 years' relevant work experience in EPC projects and tendering of civil works
Knowledge of geotechnics, bridges, PV, battery, or wind construction
Experience working in an international setting
Experience in FEM software, GGU Software and CAD
Fluency in English and German
