Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including processing prepayments, posting invoices, accurate cost center coding, and coordinating approval workflows.
Execute daily cash and payment instrument postings, including bank transactions and credit card statements.
Oversee intercompany billing and conduct thorough monthly intercompany reconciliations in close partnership with Global Accounting and Treasury teams.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and lead special projects to directly support company growth and efficiency initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring smooth and efficient engagements.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in an international business environment.
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
~ Expert-level proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel.
~ Business fluency (both written and verbal) in German and English.
