About the Role
As Area Manager, you’ll lead our Digitalisation Business German market entry - selling, building a network of both private and public sector potential clients, and growing a seven-figure business with full support from our Estonian HQ.
At first, you’ll focus on sales and account management, identifying opportunities, building client relationships and managing initial projects hands-on. As you grow the business, you’ll take on leadership, project delivery, and team-building responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
* Proven sales and leadership experience in software development or digitalisation
* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to link customer needs to digital solutions
* Experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and project tools (e.g. Jira)
* Preferably, experience with public or private tenders in the software field
* Fluent in German + excellent business English
* Entrepreneurial, ambitious, ready to take responsibility and a skilled negotiator
* Driver’s licence
