Essential Skills:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience
* Full-cycle sales and business development
* Lead generation and pipeline management
* Cold calling and customer acquisition
* CRM Systems knowledge
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Understanding of SpaceTech / Aerospace industry
* Ability to manage complex client requirements
* Fluent English communication skills
* German language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development and customer acquisition
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
* Build and maintain strong sales pipelines
* Identify and engage clients within the aerospace and defense sectors
* Act as the main point of contact for customers and commercial discussions
* Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate internally
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
* Develop long-term client relationships and support business growth
