Senior Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy by overseeing and managing the end-to-end bid process for high-value IT consulting solutions.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for leading virtual bid teams, assigning responsibilities, setting timelines, and ensuring accountability across contributors.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should have a strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and experience with complex European institutions public tenders. Fluency in both French and English is required.
Responsibilities:
* Bid Leadership: Own and lead the full lifecycle of bids, from opportunity qualification through to submission and post-bid reviews.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
* Proposal Development: Manage the creation of high-quality, tailored proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (master's preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT consulting and technology services.
* APMP certification is a plus.
