Euroports is looking for an experienced Liquids Terminal Manager to lead Grosstanklager-Ölhafen Rostock GmbH (GÖR), a strategically important port terminal and tanklager in Rostock, Germany and a joint venture of the Euroports Group.
In this senior leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the commercial, operational, technical, financial, and organizational performance of the terminal.
Reporting to the Board, you will lead the business with a strong focus on safety, compliance, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and sustainable growth.
GÖR is a strategically important liquid bulk port terminal directly connected to the Baltic Sea and German refineries. The terminal operates extensive tank storage infrastructure supporting critical energy and chemical supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure safe and compliant operations in a highly regulated environment
* Lead the strategic, commercial, operational, and technical development of the terminal
* Drive business performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and investment planning
* Manage relationships with shareholders, customers, authorities, and key external partners
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across the organization
* Support continuous improvement, digitalization, automation, and future energy transition initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Senior leadership experience in tank storage, liquid bulk, energy, chemicals, terminal operations, or a similar industrial environment
* Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen
* Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including shareholders and authorities
* Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and make decisions in complex situations
* Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and resilient leadership style
* Fluency in German and English
