SAP Order Coordinator & Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries about quotations, prices, delivery times, and order status via phone and email, occasionally in English.
* Review and accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system, including scheduling and preparing all necessary documentation.
* Coordinate closely with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and accounting to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
* Monitor delivery schedules and manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, identifying and resolving errors in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Develop and implement solutions to adapt to changing customer requirements or delivery conditions.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations based on established pricing models.
* Support the dunning process in cooperation with the accounting department.
* Maintain and update customer and order master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with the sales team to process follow-ups from customer visits and sales activities.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is advantageous.
* Proficient in SAP, ideally with experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
* Structured, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Confident user of MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are a plus.
