YOUR TASKS
*
o Support project management in the designing, planning, and implementing of projects related to purchasing processes and tools (e.g., eProcurement)
o Collaborating on the implementation of AI solutions and AI agents in daily purchasing activities
o Analysing and optimising processes in indirect purchasing
o Performing data analyses with MS Excel, SAP BW, and Power BI for purchasing control
o Supporting global digitisation projects in indirect purchasing
o Maintaining and updating SharePoint content
YOUR PROFILE
*
o Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration,
Information Technology or similar
o Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
o Initial practical experience (internship) desirable, but not essential
o Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI
o Strong communication and teamwork skills
o Independent, structured way of working, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
