What you’ll do Define, implement and operate market support governance and processes to ensure optimal support for key users across our commercial platform (Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud / Tableau). Conceptualize and develop key‑user learning journeys, building a global community of empowered users. Serve as the global master trainer for special user groups (e.g., local admins) by providing learning paths and training content. Act as a sparring partner for product streams (data & platform) to ensure user‑friendly product development and cross‑team enablement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and markets to deliver sustainable market support and continuous enablement. Who you are Can translate conceptual ideas into reality, from tooling set‑up to change management. Skilled in stakeholder management and driving common goals. Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong project management and change‑management skills, and a passion for training others. Hands‑on, service‑oriented mindset, thriving in team environments. Collaborative with and IT to achieve shared objectives.
