products. From day one, your code will contribute to solutions used by customers and teams
worldwide.
Your Role at a Glance
As a Technical Team Lead (Fullstack), you will play a key role in driving the architecture, scalability, and performance of our products. Beyond hands-on coding, you will guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring that our solutions deliver impact for customers and teams worldwide from day one.
You will have experience in:
1. Leadership in Full stack Development: Manage and lead a team of developers working on both front-end (Angular) and back-end systems.
2. Backend Expertise: Exceptional knowledge in .Net development, with extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
3. Project Deliveries: Drive end-to-end project development, from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
4. Hands-on Coding and Problem Solving: Ability to deep dive into complex technical problems and provide solutions on the level of specific product area.
5. Mentorship: Provide guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to the development team, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
6. Collaboration with other Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with QA, DevOps, Architects, Product Managers, and other product teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
7. Communication with Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
What You Will Practice:
1. Technical Leadership: Guide the team in architecture decisions, technology stack choices, and best practices for both front-end and back-end development. Set technical goals for the team and manage by objectives.
2. Maintain High Code Quality: Ensure that the team delivers maintainable, secure, and efficient code through rigorous code reviews and mentorship.
3. Create Complex Applications: Manage and optimize a robust architecture that integrates seamlessly with various frontend, third-party services and matches target architecture.
4. Agile Methodologies: Work together with the team to change the processes to support innovations and new challenges.
5. Code Quality and Security: Oversee and enforce secure coding practices, code reviews.
6. Continuous Integration & Deployment: Work closely with SRE and DevOps team to ensure robust delivery.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
Your Experience and Skills
We are looking for someone who brings:
Must-have's:
* 6+ years of experience in C# development (.NET Core & .NET Framework).
* Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, DDD.
* Strong knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL, Redis, MongoDB).
* Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and scalable system design.
* Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, or similar.
* Docker, k8s.
* Familiarity with OWASP standards and web security practices.
Nice-to-have's:
* Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks.
* Helm charts.
* CQRS/CQS.
