Setting strategy and approach for CRM systems development / build, maintenance & support (internal and external)
Owning contracts, overall architecture, security, and backup & recovery for all CRM / CRM-related systems & tools (Salesforce and all integrated third-party no-code / low-code tools)

Hands-on experience in people management and Salesforce iimplementations and operations
6+ years of dedicated experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
Strong grasp of Salesforce solution architecture, including systems integration and data flows
Experience with Salesforce administration and / or consulting, ideally across multiple clouds or business functions
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors / consultants effectively
Skilled in stakeholder management and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
You balance strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
