The role :

As an MSSP Channel Partner, you will be an integral part of the European Sales Team, focusing on the DACH region, supporting partners to maximize our services. You will report directly to the Sales Manager for the DACH market. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your cybersecurity expertise and assist partners with our solutions.


Tasks to solve :

* Target, recruit, develop, and manage strategic security-focused Managed Service partners, aligning strategies with the company’s long-term objectives.
* Collaborate across departments for local execution and sales alignment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, managing all aspects from negotiation to integration, sales forecasting, and support to drive revenue growth.
* Work with partners to expand their offerings and develop new revenue streams using Group-IB solutions.
* Create new sales pipelines and revenue through partner-sourced opportunities and market expansion.
* Coordinate with marketing to deliver events and campaigns that generate interest among partners’ customers.
* Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, training, resources, and support to effectively sell Group-IB offerings.
* Set and review goals related to partner training, certification, and support compliance.
* Regularly evaluate partner performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, operations, engineering—to leverage resources and develop growth strategies.
* Proactively engage with sales leaders and stakeholders on partner pipelines and forecasts.
* Develop and manage existing accounts in Germany and pursue new business opportunities.
* Support and grow the IT channel ecosystem.
* Execute campaigns, follow up on leads, and perform outbound outreach.
* Work closely with sales, partner channel, and marketing teams on lead management.
* Manage territory business development, ensuring accurate forecasts and strategies.
* Target, educate, and persuade new customers to adopt Group-IB products.
* Maintain client database details diligently within CRM systems.


Qualifications :

* Experience in building and executing joint business plans with measurable success.
* Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Minimum 5 years of indirect sales experience with Managed Service partners (MSP, MSSP, Outsourcers, SIs, etc.).
* Deep understanding of indirect and managed sales processes.
* Experience working with legal and finance teams to develop and negotiate master agreements.
* Experience supporting joint go-to-market strategies with MSSP and MDR partners.
* Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and public speaking.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Experience with enterprise security operations software.
* Fluency in German and English; please share your CV in English.
