In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring and enhancing supplier quality within the electrical domain. Your day will involve implementing quality assurance measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary quality contact to drive continuous improvement. By focusing on preventive actions and technical specifications, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Implement preventive quality methods to effectively mitigate risks
5. Collaborate with the purchasing team to qualify and approve suppliers
6. Manage product and service qualifications in accordance with specific requirements
7. Conduct supplier audits and follow up on audit measures to ensure compliance
8. Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives
9. Support the standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines
What You Bring
10. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
11. Technical experience for electrical components
12. Proficiency in English at a very high standard (C1 level) - both spoken and written
13. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is highly valuable
14. Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within the electrical or energy sector
15. Transformer and High Voltage experience or Converter related experience would be beneficial
16. Audits experience and Part Qualifications will be valuable
17. Availability for business travel aprox. up to 50% of the time
