As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our English- and French‑speaking independent sales consultants (“Demonstrators”). You will support them in developing their businesses by delivering excellent service and practical guidance.
Deliver high‑quality customer service via inbound calls, emails and chat to English and French Demonstrators
Identify coaching opportunities during calls and share information that helps improve business success
Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives
Support additional projects as needed, including welcome calls and outbound retention activities
Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French (mandatory)
Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
Call center experience is a plus but not essential
Additional language skills in German and/or Dutch are an advantage
