Job Title: Associate Director
This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of neurological and psychiatric care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for various programs.
* Lead Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) teams and Product Presentation and Device Strategy Teams (PPDST).
* Create a CMC strategy and development plan that aligns with our overall asset strategy.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Preclinical Safety, ADME and Commercial organizations.
* Communicate effectively with CMC and Stakeholder Management through regular updates and reviews.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant functions required.
* Expertise in scientific writing and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and knowledge of scientific instrumentation and techniques.
* Interdisciplinary experience and expertise in CMC.
* Negotiating, influencing, and leadership skills.
