Job Description
In your new role, you will:
1. Lead the development of complex digital IP for SoC
2. Collaborate with IP Architects to define microarchitecture of reusable digital modules based on specifications
3. Implement complex digital blocks in SystemVerilog
4. Create timing constraints and power intent files; perform linting, CDC, RDC, and DFT checks to ensure high quality designs
5. Run synthesis and power estimation to optimize RTL for performance, power, and area
6. Support product teams in IP integration, chip bring-up, and product qualification
7. Work closely with international teams on innovative solutions
Your Profile
You are well-suited for this role if you have:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
* 8+ years of relevant industry experience in digital IC design for IP/SoC development
* A proven track record of managing medium to high complexity digital IPs
* Strong understanding of digital IC design principles, including timing closure and power optimization
* Extensive experience with linting, CDC, RDC, DFT, logic synthesis, and power intent
* Proficiency in RTL development using SystemVerilog
* Experience with functional verification techniques, specifically UVM
* Proficiency with Unix command line and scripting languages like Tcl, Perl, or Python
* Ideally, hands-on experience with off-chip communication and external memory protocols (e.g., xSPI, Hyperbus)
* Ability to collaborate with international and distributed teams
* Fluent English skills
