## Your responsibilities - Creating 3D models, parametric models, drawings, and bills of materials for the new development and enhancement of gasketed and brazed plate heat exchangers - Preparing, editing, and approving mechanical pressure vessel strength calculations - Producing standardized customer, catalog, certification, and bolt reference drawings - Creating and editing change reports - Creating and reviewing assembly instructions - Close cooperation with related departments, such as Research and Innovation, in an international environment ## Your profile - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of professional experience - Very good knowledge of CAD programs, preferably Inventor - Good knowledge of working with parametric models, preferably Inventor iLogic - Good knowledge of working with PDM systems, preferably Vault - Very good knowledge of thermodynamics - Good knowledge of heat exchangers, particularly plate heat exchangers - Good knowledge of pressure equipment directives (e.g., ASME or DIN EN 13445) and their analytical calculation - Knowledge of FEM (Finite Element Method) calculations - Good command of German and English - Good knowledge of common MS Office applications - Structured working style - Workplace at one of the locations in Sarstedt (near Hanover) or Wilchwitz (near Altenburg), with a willingness for occasional travel to the other site
