Our Technical Team Lead
As a leading construction and real estate development company, we are looking for an experienced technical team lead to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
You will be part of our commercial department, working closely with our SAV technicians and service managers to oversee technical interventions on site, coordinate worker teams, and implement solutions with precision and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead a team of workers and ensure the smooth execution of technical tasks
* Implement solutions defined by our SAV technicians with rigour, reactivity, and professionalism
* Guarantee the quality of repairs and customer satisfaction
* Participate in analysing customer complaints and identifying the root causes of problems
* Use mobile tools (such as PDAs or mobile applications) to manage and track work progress
* E nsure compliance with safety, quality, and timeliness rules
* Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in site management and technical coordination
* Excellent knowledge of building techniques (excluding special techniques)
* Proven human resources management skills and team coordination abilities
* Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
* Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
* Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese, English, or German is an asset
* Familiarity with common computer tools and mobile digital tools (PDAs, messaging, digital reports)
