Job Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment requirements, oversee selection processes, and directly recruit senior positions.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests to ensure seamless transitions.
* Onboarding & Integration: Support new employees during their initial period to guarantee successful integration.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Collaborate on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
* Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision-making.
* HR Projects: Lead cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
* Training: Define training strategy in collaboration with the business.
