Senior Brand Manager – BiFi, DACH region
Reporting to the Head of Brand BiFi EMEA, this role is based in Düsseldorf and focuses on owning and driving the BiFi brand strategy, activation, and performance to deliver sustainable brand and commercial growth in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
* Co‑develop annual marketing plans for BiFi (focus on Germany) aligned with EMEA brand plans to achieve growth goals.
* Develop and execute ideas to increase brand equity and brand awareness to meet sustainable growth targets.
* Maintain promotional plans for the brand, coordinating with Operations where applicable (e.g., promotional packaging).
* Plan POS materials and coordinate logistics and order quantity.
* Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies.
* Benchmark and understand market best practices.
* Initiate and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research.
* Analyze and interpret market and consumer information, making recommendations for communication and promotion.
* Coordinate and cooperate with Procurement and design‑ and communication agencies regarding advertising, promotion, media and research.
* Support Sales teams with market, brand and product information.
* Manage budgets within guidelines.
* Embrace Jack Link’s culture, act as a culture ambassador and brand steward.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years in consumer marketing for FMCG international brands, with proven brand‑building experience.
* Experience in consumer research, brand analysis and trade marketing.
* Experience leading projects.
* Strong market knowledge of the German FMCG market (retail and out‑of‑home).
* Entrepreneurial thinker, creative marketer, customer‑focused and results‑driven.
* Action oriented and able to influence others through clear communication.
* Highly self‑motivated.
* Fluent English and German mandatory.
