Job Mission
The Training Coordinator will set up and manage training courses for all staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify learning needs and contribute to the organization's development plan.
* Manage course logistics, including planning, registration, and execution.
* Establish partnerships with external trainers and internal experts to deliver high-quality training.
* Promote continuous improvement in HR processes.
Required Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a comparable field.
* At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in training.
* Proficiency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish languages.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
* Curiosity about teaching and learning, and openness to digital tools and innovative learning methods.
