As an HR Manager, you enter as a key member of the early team. You will work directly with the Head of HR, supporting the HR function as the company scales and helping to implement and maintain HR processes across both company locations - Munich, Germany and Limassol, Cyprus - while acting as the main point of contact for employees based in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, and employee support
* Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with local labour laws across Germany & Cyprus
* Assist with payroll processes, HR administration, and data accuracy within the HRIS (Personio)
* Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
* Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees based in Germany, providing guidance on HR-related matters and local practices
* Assist with the implementation and coordination of appraisal and feedback cycle and performance review process
* Assist in generating HR reports, headcount tracking, and monitoring HR KPIs
* Support drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures
* Support the development and administration of employee benefits, helping to design, roll out, and manage benefit programs as the company grows
* Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, recognition, and overall team morale
* Assist with internal communications and company-wide updates
* Support the organisation of company events and internal initiatives
* Oversee office management responsibilities in Munich, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office, in combination with HR duties, until a dedicated Office Manager is hired

* Core Skills: Familiarity with German labour practices, hands-on experience with HR operations, and confidence using HRIS tools such as Personio
* Mindset: You are organised, approachable, and adaptable, able to support multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
