About the Role Our client, a market-leading General Contractor delivering large-scale data centre and high-tech industrial projects across Europe, is hiring a Procurement Compliance Officer for their Frankfurt Head Office. This is a graduate-friendly role suited to a motivated early-career professional with energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. The Procurement Compliance Officer will support subcontractor due diligence, supplier qualification, and compliance throughout the procurement cycle, working closely with commercial, legal, project, and HSE teams.
Conduct due diligence and compliance checks on subcontractors and suppliers — financial health, regulatory adherence, safety, quality, insurance cover, and project experience
Prepare risk assessments and compliance reports for senior management
Support continuous improvement of the pre-qualification process
Liaise with procurement, commercial, project, development, and HSE teams to identify and mitigate risk
Recent graduate Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Law, or Industrial Engineering
Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Genuine interest in compliance, contracts, and legal/regulatory matters
Fluent English essential; good German is a strong advantage
