To strengthen our team, we are looking for an
IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks
* Administration and maintenance of servers, clients, and IT infrastructures
* Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
* Support for the implementation of new IT solutions and systems
* User assistance and support (1st and 2nd level support)
* Monitoring system performance and ensuring IT security
* Documentation of systems, processes, and changes
* Update management
* Backup management
* Monitoring of server services
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
* Good knowledge of operating systems
* Experience in network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall), VPN, and Wi-Fi
* Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus
* Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
* English language skills
* Excellent knowledge of: Windows Server & Active Directory, network technologies, M365 / Azure environment, IT security and backup strategies
* Analytical, self-motivated, and assertive
* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and well-organized
