As a Head of Engineering, you will lead our engineering function with a handsâon approach, owning architecture, development quality, and technical scalability â while aligning closely with company strategy and product goals. This role is not for a pure people manager â Itâs for someone who lives and breathes code, makes sharp architectural calls, and drives clarity and speed through solid engineering processes.
đ„ Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the architecture of our core systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Lead by example as a top-tier engineer: reviewing code, debugging, and prototyping when needed
* Drive engineering excellence: implement processes that ensure clean releases, high code quality, and rapid iteration
* Translate company strategy and product vision into an actionable, scalable engineering roadmap
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business outcomes
* Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team â but through strong technical guidance, not just people management

* Proven track record of shipping highâquality software at scale in fastâpaced, highâgrowth environments with experience scaling earlyâstage products into mature platforms
* Background in B2B SaaS, automation, or AIâdriven products
* Deep understanding of modern system design, backend architecture, and engineering best practices
* Strategic thinker: you naturally connect dots between technology, product, and business goals
* Familiar with remoteâfirst, asyncâfriendly workflows
* Ability to simplify complex technical topics and lead crossâfunctional discussions
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire through technical vision and clarity
