You'll make an impact by
* You do intensive research on current leadership-related topics and support the Siemens Leadership Excellence team in the development of concepts, training programs and initiatives for leaders.
* You help to create hybrid & virtual learning experiences and bring in your knowledge about digital and especially learning technologies.
* You leverage GenAI tools to deliver better results faster, while never relying solely on their output.
* You work on projects like maintaining the internal web page, video production, workflow automation etc.
* Furthermore, you are involved in the organization of workshops, events as well as other projects.
This is how you'll win us over
* Education: You are available in the long term and study at least in the 3rd semester preferably in the field of psychology, learning psychology, people and leadership/executive development, organizational development, business administration, or similar studies.
* Experience and Skills:
o You know how to work with Microsoft Office and use its programs confidently.
o You also score with knowledge of state-of-the-art learning technologies as well as learning platforms, digital applications, and other learning formats
* Ways of Working: Convince us with your organizational and communication skills, initiative, creativity, results orientation as well as accurate work. We are counting on your passion to learn and to grow.
* Languages: You are fluent in the English language, both spoken and written; native English is highly welcome.
