Asset Manager – Berlin
Excellent opportunity for an Asset Manager within Commercial Real Estate to join a growing portfolio focused on office and mixed-use properties.
Location: Berlin
Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 basic
Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a leading Real Estate investor and operator.
Responsibilities;
* Implement day-to-day Asset Management tasks across a portfolio of Berlin-based office and mixed-use properties.
* Monitor asset performance against business plans, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
* Support in drafting annual budgets and long-term business plans.
* Assist with lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
* Coordinate with property management, service providers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee tenant fit-outs, refurbishments, and capex projects.
* Contribute to hold/sell strategies and assist in acquisition or disposal processes.
* Ensure compliance with ESG measures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
* Provide reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Asset Management.
* Fluent German is essential; English skills are advantageous.
* Strong understanding of the Berlin commercial property market, especially offices and mixed-use assets.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work across stakeholders and projects.
