Opportunity to join a global leading solar & BESS developer company as Construction Manager. Location: Remote working and visit side while necessary, support projects are based in either Berlin or Munich. We are hiring 2-3 EPC Construction managers, and 3 Project Managers in Germany. 1、Be fully responsbile for on-site construction management, technical support and other related work. 2、Review construction drawings, conduct thorough drawing disclosures, and ensure on-site construction is carried out in accordance with the drawings. 3、Control construction progress, quality, safety and civilized construction. 4、Organize and coordiante the input and matching of on-site resources such as personnel,materials and machinery. 5、Cooperate with on-site support work such as equipment arrival,installation and commissioning. 6、Compile and submit construction logs and other relevant reports and documents. 7、Undertake other takes assigned by the management team. Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above; 2、Relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, and Engineering Management; 3 year experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them in solar projects as Site； 4、At least 8 year experience in construction projects, including more than 3 years in solar & BESS projects; 5、Have good on-site management and control capabilities;Possess organizational and coordination capabilities and the ability to solve on-site problems; 6、Strong pressure resistance and adapt to working at project sites. 7、Fluent in German and English
