We’re looking for a Support Agent to join our Support Team!
As a Support Agent you will you will help assist players, respond to support tickets, and contribute to
improving the overall player experience. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn,
communicates clearly, and enjoys helping others solve problems.
What you will do
- Respond to player support tickets
- Learn our tools, workflows, product features, and support policies
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or recurring issues to senior team members when needed
- Document bugs, recurring problems, and player feedback
- Help improve FAQs and support resources
- Maintain a friendly, player-first tone in all interactions
- Collaborate effectively with the wider support team
Within 1 month, you will...
- Become familiar with our support workflows, policies, and internal tools
- Begin responding to tickets with guidance from senior team members
- Learn common player issues and troubleshooting steps
Within 3 months, you will...
- Handle a wider range of support tickets independently
- Consistently provide accurate and professional player support
- Identify recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve support documentation
Within 6 months, you will...
- Reliably manage assigned support responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Contribute to process and documentation improvements
- Help maintain a high-quality player support experience across platforms
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Available for working Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM CEST
- Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Ability to manage responsibilities consistently and work collaboratively within a team
- Interest in Minecraft, gaming communities, or player support is a plus

Additional information
- Applicants must be older than 18 years old.
- This is a part-time contract position with an expected commitment of approximately 18–20 hours
per week. Most hours will be worked during the weekend and sometimes during the week.
