Our company offers an internship program for young professionals who are interested in business administration. The internship provides the opportunity to gain practical experience and skills in a real-world setting.
The internship is divided into three parts: practical training, theoretical education, and leadership development.
* Practical training: You will work in our stores and learn about customer service, product knowledge, presentation of goods, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Theoretical education: You will receive theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and regular block lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy in Hannover.
* Leadership development: You will be prepared to lead a store in the future and take on responsibilities such as employee management and personnel management.
Requirements:
* Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification
* Responsibility and willingness to take on tasks
* Desire to learn and develop professionally
* Team player with good communication skills
