Your tasks.
* Technical and disciplinary management of the End User Services (EUS) team
* Continuous support for the optimization of processes and procedures
* Management and status report of projects in the EUS area
* Collaboration on incidents and service requests in our Motherson IT portal ServiceNow
* User support for our internal colleagues
* Support and provision of end devices (PC, tablet, smartphone, printer, etc.)
* Receiving inquiries from the specialist departments and processing them
* Support with 2nd/3rd level support with initial error analysis and data preparation
* Management of IT equipment pools at the respective locations
* Ensuring the specified IT security measures
* Participation in internal and external audits
Requirements.
* Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable training with management responsibility
* Profound professional experience in IT service management
* Experience in the conception, development and further development of an end user services area is an advantage
* Good understanding of IT infrastructures, operating systems, applications and hardware
* Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating complex issues
* Structured, reliable and quality-oriented way of working
