YOUR MISSION
* Identify service tenders from multinational clients that align with our strategy and competencies in global consulting and staffing services
* Manage the full bid lifecycle, from identification to tender response, in collaboration with subject matter experts of our global network
* Establish a box of building blocks for proposals, initially focused on engineering- and IT-related professional and staffing services
* Analyse bid performance and implement best practices to enhance the success of future proposals
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Track record in successfully writing proposals for engineering and IT consulting and/or staffing services
* Ideally experiences with European organizations in the aviation, space, and/or defence sector
* Strong organizational aptitude coupled with the ability to align input from different stakeholders toward a cohesive and compelling bid proposition
* A proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to exceed targets and continuously improve our bidding success
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, and German would be a plus
