We are looking for a Tax Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Germany. We are building a market-leading platform in a fast-growing space. You will work at the intersection of tax, insurance, and transactions, advising clients on complex tax risks and structuring bespoke insurance solutions to facilitate deals. You will analyse tax exposures identified during due diligence, translate them into insurable risks, and lead the placement process end-to-end, including insurer engagement and negotiation of policy terms. You will work closely with private equity sponsors, corporates, tax advisors, and legal counsel, while also contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives.

• Advise clients on complex tax risks and structure bespoke insurance solutions to facilitate transactions.
• Analyse tax exposures identified during due diligence and translate them into insurable risks.
• Lead the placement process end-to-end, including insurer engagement and negotiation of policy terms.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors, corporates, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.

• Background in tax, law, finance, or accounting, ideally with experience at a leading advisory firm or law firm (e.g., Big4).
• Experience in transaction-related advisory or insurance solutions.
• Strong understanding of German and international tax principles.
• Commercial and solutions-driven mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
• Proficiency in German and English.
