About the Position:

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
* Maintain accurate records of investor registers and assist with capital call and distribution activities.
* Support preparation of timely and accurate investor statements and documentation.
* Perform initial anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks and assist with ongoing investor due diligence.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as fund accounting, legal, and compliance.
* Respond promptly to investor queries and provide accurate assistance.
* Participate in periodic projects aimed at process improvement and efficiency.
Your Profile:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Transfer Agency role, preferably in Alternative Funds.
* Familiarity with Private Equity or Real Estate fund structures is beneficial.
* A solid understanding of fund transaction cycles and investor-related processes is required.
* Initial exposure to AML/KYC procedures is advantageous.
* You possess strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
* Good communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is considered an asset.
