KWS SAAT SE & Co.KGaA. is looking for an Expert CRM to manage and drive the development of E-Commerce solutions & webshops!
You are the central project manager for KWS’ international e-commerce projects, driving the development and implementation of webshops, new features and processes. Translate customer and market needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with global stakeholders and shape the future of B2B commerce at KWS.
This is an exciting permanent and full-time job opening at our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.
Your tasks:
* Be the central project manager and coordinate the interface between sales, marketing, CRM, IT, and external partners
* Translate business, sales, and customer needs into scalable digital commerce capabilities
* Act as product owner and ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of the B2B commerce platforms and customer portals
* Gather, structure, and document business requirements and user stories (e.g. account‑based pricing, reordering, quotes)
* Balance standard platform capabilities with custom development needs
* Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
* Own the backlog and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and development teams and ensure timely delivery of features within scope, quality, and budget
* Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and go‑live activities
Your profile:
* Academic degree with a major in marketing or economics
* Several years of professional experience in the usage of CRM platforms and managing customer data
* Business Process Knowledge: strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows
* Communication & Collaboration: great stakeholder management skills at all levels and able to collaborate well across departments
* Problem-Solving: excellent analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges
* Committed and enthusiastic team player with a strong interest in CRM innovation and industry-leading benchmarks
* Motivated; independent way of working, hands-on mentality and the ability to think in multilayers
* Salesforce Expertise is an asset – in particular hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or Commerce Cloud with proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
