Microsoft Dynamics 365 Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)
Field of activity
* Processing of D365 support tickets via DevOps including BUG analysis
* Processing of D365 support emails
* Analysis, conception and testing of new requirements from the specialist departments
* Creation of FIT/GAP analyses
* Preparation and support of D365 process tests for the release change
* Implementation of key user/user training in D365 SCM
* Creation of D365 training materials and documentation
Requirements for
* Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or business informatics, alternatively successfully completed commercial vocational training with a strong interest in ERP systems or vocational training with an IT/ERP focus
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM or a comparable ERP system is desirable
* Practical experience in software support is an advantage
* Independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working
* Strong communication skills with a high degree of team spirit
* Very good written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level in each case)
