Choctaw Premier Services (CPS) is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to oversee critical operations within the Army's Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
Please note that relocation assistance is not provided, and candidates must be able to support the role in this location.
Supervise a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring staff are well-trained to deliver exceptional support. Offer ongoing training to installation teams and support the professional development of clients.
Ensure Compliance:
~ Track and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met.
Master's degree preferred in training and development, HR management, counseling, or related field. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage teams and ensure compliance with contract deliverables.
