What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's TDA Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, being involved in several of our fast-growing topics, such as (Gen)AI, Agentic AI, and digital transformation, helping shape our offering and working directly with case and proposal teams, providing expert advisory, analysis, and digital, tech, and GenAI insights. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, AI demos, and marketing materials related to (Gen)AI and digital transformation.
Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of consulting experience in digital or AI-related transformation topics; candidates with consulting backgrounds strongly preferred
* In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years of relevant industry experience; 4–6+ years preferred
* Strong understanding of* AI/ML concepts*, *digital transformation narratives*, agentic AI platforms, apps, ecosystems, market trends, use cases and enabling technologies / data / algorithms
* Familiarity with *software development projects*, particularly those using Agile methodologies, is beneficial to understand the complexity of technological development and adoption.
* Excellent *Excel and PowerPoint *skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL) not required but beneficial
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
* Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
* Strong *business acumen*, *problem-solving*, and *communication skills*
Who You'll Work With
As a Senior Analyst within the Digital & AI Transformation team, you will report to a *Manager* in the team and collaborate closely with *case teams *and* topic leaders* (Partners and MDPs). You’ll work with colleagues across BCG’s TDA network, combining cutting-edge AI, analytics, and digital expertise with strategic insights to deliver client and practice impact.
