Your role and responsibilities
Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit den Kund*innen zusammen, um qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zu liefern.
Du hast die Möglichkeit, dir neue Fähigkeiten anzueignen, fachübergreifend zu arbeiten, dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen und ein umfassendes Verständnis für verschiedene Branchen zu entwickeln.
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
* Du berätst unsere Kund*innen von der Strategie über die Geschäftsprozesse, Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungskonzeption bis zur IT-Umsetzung mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP S/4HANA FI-CA und/oder RM-CA.
* Du arbeitest, nach einer intensiven Schulung, mit der IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA-Methode und nutzt unsere bewährten Vorgehensweisen für Vorstudien (IBM Rapid Discovery) und Transformationsprojekte (Greenfield mit IMPACT, IBM Rapid Move, Brownfield mit der Migration Factory).
* Du übernimmst Führungsverantwortung in SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekten
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
* Fundierte Berufserfahrung: mindestens 2 Jahre Prozessberatung in SAP S/4HANA mit Spezialisierung auf das Thema Vertragskontokorrent (SAP Module FI-CA und/oder RM-CA).
* Projekterfahrung: mindestens 1 Projektlebenszyklus erfolgreich abgeschlossen
* Integrationswissen und Schnittstellenkenntnisse zu anderen SAP S/4HANA-Modulen wünschenswert
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Kommunikationsstärke und großes Verhandlungsgeschick
* Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Situationen zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen
* Bereitschaft zusammen mit unseren Kund*innen vor Ort zu arbeiten
* Praktische Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Agile
